Shipping rates are applied based on the total weight of all products purchased.

Shipments are made through affiliated couriers (GLS, BRT) and are entrusted to the courier every working day starting at 16:30.

Each order is shipped with a tracking code, which will be provided to the email address provided when placing the order.

All battery packs are delivered with a charge equal to their nominal voltage (they will need to be charged as soon as they are received ).

Delivery times are usually around 2/3 working days with reserve approximately from the date of shipment of the goods, the same may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions. Therefore, any delays in deliveries do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnities of any kind.

All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, they may vary in relation to the place of destination (Islands ..).

The delivery terms refer to the products present in our warehouse and must be understood as non-binding and therefore sensitive to changes according to actual needs or causes of force majeure.

Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours: from 09:30 to 12.30 - from 14.00 to 18.30 from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Please note that someone must be present at the address you have indicated to collect the goods, if the courier does not find anyone at the second delivery attempt, the shipment will return to Litiotech who will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment, in in this case the goods will be sent back to the customer charging the shipping costs.
